Mint and merge pairs

Turn USDC into a band's UP and DOWN, or turn them back.

Mint pairs

  1. Choose a band in The ladder.
  2. Open Pairs and choose Mint.
  3. Enter the number of pairs. The form shows the USDC locked, the mint fee and the total.
  4. Choose Mint and approve in your wallet.

You receive one UP and one DOWN for each pair. Minting is open while the market is trading.

Merge pairs

  1. In the same band's Pairs, choose Merge.
  2. Enter the number of pairs, up to the number of full pairs you hold.
  3. Choose Merge and approve in your wallet.

Each pair burns one UP and one DOWN and returns the band's width in USDC.
